Welcome

Arriving here is a first step toward creating a more self-actualized life.

You Are

You are bright, curious, intense, empathic, justice-minded, sensitive, and/or creative. You have so many ideas, so much potential, so many choices, but something holds you back from manifesting what you desire.

Welcome to the world of being exceptionally wired!

We Are

Together, we collaborate to enhance the synergy between your mind, body, emotions, actions, relationships, and your environment. We will nourish your self-awareness and self-compassion, tap your gifts, and embrace your unique neurodivergent body-brain, so that you can flourish and thrive.

I Am

I am a licensed psychologist, health service provider, and board certified, registered art therapist, coach and consultant. Clients meet with me virtually or in my office in Lexington, MA. Beyond Massachusetts, I provide coaching or consultation through “Exceptionally Wired TM“.

I am not contracted with any insurance companies and so do not directly accept any health insurance payments.

  • Artist, writer, seeker, meditator, and navigator of a neurodiverse family

What Our Work Is

The approaches we can take range from affirmation to treatment, providing screening and evaluations, psychoeducation, integration of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT/RO-DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), skills training, application of Polyvagal theory, and Relaxation-Mindfulness and Attention training as well as psychodynamic psychotherapy. Whether through traditional talking, use of hypnosis, visualization or art therapy techniques,
via parent education, or in groups or workshops, the approaches we use are research-based, but our interventions are creative and
individualized.

Rooted in where you are now, we will courageously take the next expansive steps toward your inner and outward potential.
